Doug Crawford

Doug is originally from the Phoenix Arizona area and a graduate of the University of Arizona. I have lived in
Ramona for over 20 years. I am currently a 737 Captain for a major airline and a retired Naval Aviator.

I have been flying for over 30 years and earned my Naval Aviator “Wings of Gold” in December of 1991.
I have a long history of instructing both in the military and civilian aviation communities, accumulating
over 5,000 hours as an instructor and over 15,000 total flight hours. This experience includes instructing
in worldwide international and aircraft carrier operations and procedures.

My interest is purely the enjoyment and excitement of flight. I love introducing new students to the
world of aviation.

I currently hold an ATP, CFI and CFII as well as numerous type ratings.

I offer instruction for Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, CFII and ATP in both ASEL and AMEL.
